Monday Nov 8th Interview Sandy Weinerhttp://www.abiggerpond.comhttp://www.lastfirstdate.com When her 23-year marriage ended, Sandy viewed divorce as an opportunity for renewal. After a quarter century (sounds like a long time!) as a freelance artist, Sandy began a new career as a life coach. As an artist, she beautified homes with her paintings, ceramics and furniture, but as a coach she felt she could make an even bigger impact on peopleâ??s lives, changing them and their relationships forever.Sandy received her coaching credentials from The Coaches Training Institute, or CTI. She chose CTI for its rigorous program, and went on to become certified as a Co-Active Certified Professional Coach, or CPCC. She is also an ACC, or Associate Certified Coach, through the International Coaches Federation, the leading global organization.Could you tell our listeners about yourself and your websites and blog? What made you decide to get into being a Dating coach and blogging about dating?I like the design of your Websites and blog. I also use the Thesis theme and teasers on my blog that let readers click to read the full article. Do you think this is better than having the full article displayed right away?Do you think having a background in Art has helped with the design of your site and what has been the biggest challenge with blogging?I notice you have links to your Twitter, Facebook, and your LinkedIn on your Website and blog. Something I always say is a good idea to do. I also noticed you have a subscriber form on you site as well which is also something I recommend. What have you found to be working the best to get the word out about your Website and the services you offer, whether that be online or offline marketing?Next I would like to talk about a few blog posts you have written on your blog http://www.abiggerpond.com/blog You have an interesting post titled, â??The Professor and the Jarâ??, Which talked about focusing on the core values in a relationship and then worrying more about the small stuff. Could you tell me more about that?On your blog post titled â??Your Online Dating Profileâ?? you mentioned some tips for writing a better online profile. I think these ideas can also be used in writing a better profile for people using Social networking sites. Can you go over some tips on how to write a better bio? What advice would you give for people networking and dating in regards to building better relationships and having better conversation? How do you think social networking sites have affected dating in the year 2010? Better, worse, both?I think it is important in networking for businesses to take offline online by connecting with people they meet on twitter, facebook, linkedIn. I also think it is important to take the online offline by meeting people in person. Do you find this also works in the case of dating and is there any advice you could give listeners for doing this?I think Image and brand in business have similarities to dating, how important is image and how people present themselves in dating, and what advice would you give for people going on a first date?Do you have any projects or events you will be working on in the future that you can talk about? What is the best way for our listeners to find out more information about you and to get a hold of you if they need a dating coach?Thank you for doing this interview Sandy.
