Today we delve a little deeper and look more specifically at a method of praying using the acronym R.E.S.T. Today, Asheritah Ciuciu, author of a brand new book called, “Prayers of Rest,” will be sharing with us the importance of not letting distractions pull us away from God. When the duties of life begin to weigh on your mind, that’s exactly the time that you need to REST in the Lord.
