Great time chatting with Coach Deerick Smith. Coach Smith is a S&C coach at Southside High School which is located in Batesville Arkansas. Coach Smith is also serves the district as an assistant athletic director. Deerick is easily one of my favorite twitter follows. Not only for the great content he puts out but also the non training related content he puts out. If you value training, humor, and the cooking of delicious looking meat then Deerick is definitively someone you want on your timeline!
