Andrew's competencies include outsourcing/offshoring, B2B and B2C customer experience, project management, quality management, strategic planning and implementations, change management, virtual staffing, and more. He has helped launch start-up accounts and companies, led cross-functional teams with diverse backgrounds, and functions as an integrator for several high-touch clients and businesses to optimize their growth in the shortest time possible.
