The Field of Dreams Committee has the green light from Chatham-Kent council to start raising money for a new baseball diamond in Chatham, council members voted fully in favour of mandating paper bags for leaf and yard waste collection, and municipal staff in Chatham-Kent will also be reviewing parking in downtown Chatham.
