today, i talk about how important it is to change the way we see relationships. having unrealistic ideas about what having a significant other will do to your life can result in us making our happiness conditional (i’ll be happy WHEN i find my person). how can we work to be equally as happy in and out of a relationship? because YES we can be happy without that. and in fact, happiness does not COME from a relationship. it all starts within, believe it, or not.
