Chef Andy Kurfürst is the Head Chef at HTMi and currently the Vice President of the Emirates Culinary Guild and was the Director of Food & Beverage at the Renaissance Hotel Dubai. Previously Chef Kurfürst held various culinary positions including Executive Chef at both the Renaissance and Ramada Hotels in Dubai and the Pastry Chef at the Ramada Hotel Dubai. His Pastry Chef background started at the London Swiss Centre Restaurant at Leicester Square, followed by extensive experience in Baghdad Iraq, before moving on to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This included catering to many Saudi palaces, including the Crown Prince, who is now King of Saudi Arabia. Chef Kurfürst is a highly talented Chef, with strong leadership skills in Food & Beverage and Culinary Management.
