This week’s episode features an organic relation between two Edmonton community members who help keep the atmosphere of the arts scene healthy and positive. Philp Muz, formerly of the Artery and now of the Aviary, met Jessie, from Jesse and the Dandelions, when Jessie networked his way into a job in Edmonton when moving from Lethbridge.
Jesse Northy is deep into the music scene now in Edmonton and across the province in his current work with Alberta Music. His musical and production work is showcased on Capital City Records, of course, with Jesse and the Dandelions but also with the group Consilience among other appearances on the electronic arm of the Edmonton Public Library.
Philip Muz has strived through adversity in the Edmonton music scene and stays positive through the ups and downs. The positivity is infectious and along with the Edmonton arts community, he continues to work on the new venue The Aviary.
