Hey Guys, it’s me,  Lawa-Na this week.  If you’re tuning in with me this week, be prepared to listen in on some of the good days, the bad days, and all of the days in-between.  I am delving into a present struggle that I am being forced to recognize, the rapidly declining health of a beloved family member.  The emotions are running high, and exhaustion feels like on some days it’s ready to take over, but I won’t let it get me.  During this time I have found it’s so important to listen to my body, be still,  lead with love and follow my heart to exactly where I know it belongs. The journey certainly includes both good and bad days and daily I am reminding myself to make the conscious decision to shift my energy and look for the blessings and good in each day.  I’d love for you to tune in if you’re compelled to, as it is o  at some point in life we will all experience great loss.
