In this episode I talk about some of the challenges i force myself to face as I try to overcome my anxiety and panic disorder. I jump around between trying to wear glasses for the first time in my life, to going to a friends house to play board games and the maladaptive thoughts that creep up. Even though i do struggle with anxiety, my love of Werewolves, Two Rooms and a Bomb, and other fun games, will not keep me from trying to have as much fun as possible. No luck trying to take selfies in public for my Instagram page. But i will not give up.
