Hello Everyone ! Welcome to my ninth episode of my podcast where we talk about all things Weightloss. You can find this same podcast on YOUTUBE channel in a video form: bodymindandsoul_vsg I got the gastric sleeve gastrectomy (weightloss surgery) on August 1, 2019 and I'm 142 pounds down! In this episode I had the opportunity to have Micheala and was so happy to have her on my podcast! I learned so much from her in this podcast and understanding the "science" behind alot of things that go on with our bodies after weight loss surgery. She is over 200 pounds down and she actually got the gastric bypass and had to switch over to the vertical sleeve. The way she words things really made sense to me! We talked about so many amazing topics from future pregnancy to viewing and tackling our "restrictive mindset".    Micheala, thank you so much for taking time out of your schedule to be on my podcast!
