Hello Everyone !Welcome to my tenth episode of my podcast where we talk about all things Weightloss. (:   I got the gastric sleeve gastrectomy (weightloss surgery) on August 1, 2019 and I'm 142 pounds down!In this episode I had the opportunity to have amber on my podcast. She is nine months post op from VSG! We had so many different topics we talked about! We talked about how we both thought we would "never" get this weightloss surgery and changing our mind as the time went on. We talked about our restriction now and how it has changed from the beginning and learning to deal with that. She expressed how happy she is taking this leap and going through the surgery!
