We had a blast catching up with Karma Jonez, author of the new book “Adulting: This Sh*t is HARD”, and creator of the brand @almost30something. The book is a collection of lessons Karma feels she’s learned up to this point. And think of her larger brand as a support group for millennials who find themselves suddenly grown up but with lots of questions. While we talked, she gave us a window into her journey as a young woman moving to Atlanta without much more than a passion to make it happen in the PR world. She made it happen, and she’s still passionate about her craft. We talked about social media and her message that life isn’t perfect for anyone, no matter how it looks on the interwebs.
