Kelly’s Cause is a charity that provides mental health first aid training to the hospitality industry in an effort to improve the mental health and wellbeing of all those in the industry. Beyond the Pass is a podcast series by Kelly’s Cause Foundation which explores stories from hospitality heroes beyond the pass. The podcast focuses on mental health experiences of those working in the industry with each guest imparting a little wisdom sharing a tip they use to look after their mental health.
