The postpartum period presents unique challenges for new mothers as their bodies struggle to rebound from pregnancy. In this podcast episode, Lynn April, the Director of Pre/ Post-natal Fitness at Bent On Better, West Chester PA, shares her passion for postpartum care and gives a framework for new moms (and not so new moms) on how to take charge of their pelvic floor and overall health to help them recover after pregnancy and feel well again.
