In today's episode, I am joined by my friend, Megan Clokey. Megan is a mom, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. She is the co-founder of girls guide and she advocates for pregnancy loss awareness and postpartum care.

As a quick trigger warning for this episode, we do chat about miscarriage and Megan's experience in pregnancy after loss.

Megan tells her story in a very raw and vulnerable way, as she truly believes there is power in sharing your story. We don't talk about these things enough, what happens after a miscarriage, more specifically, what happens and how someone might feel becoming pregnant after a loss.

We chat about her trials and tribulations being a new mom, in what feels like a world lacking in useful information for first time mothers. From what happens to our bodies, to our sleep cycles, or should I say lack there of- we cover all the nitty gritty details in this episode.

Megan also tells us about her journey into pre & post natal care, and how she seeks to specialize in pelvic floor care.
