DJ EFN and Eloy have not been around for a while and they were talking about doing crossfit as you get older 🤣🤣🤣. We had a great conversation about scaling down workouts. Scaling back as being the solution to avoiding injuries and staying committed to working out. As we get older, we need to listen to our bodies more on what we can and cannot do.
