Kevin is a resident fellow at the American Enterprise Institute (AEI), a Washington, DC think-tank, where he studies the US Congress, congressional oversight, the administrative state, American politics, and the US Postal Service.
He is the author of several books including: "Ronald Reagan and Education Policy", "Failing Grades: The Federal Politics of Education", "Whiskey: A Global History", and "Moonshine: A Global History."
Typically, we focus on the extensive and encompassing themes surrounding beer, however today we look to Kevin on his expertise that are more geared towards a harder form of alcohol: Whiskey.
Kevin received his Ph.D in politics from New York University and lives in Washington, DC.
