For, By, About Us (FBA) is a creative hub in its infancy, that unapologetically uplifts, supports, and celebrates the voices, works, and stories of emerging artists of the Afro-Atlantic Diaspora (Africa, the Caribbean, Europe, the Americas, etc).
And the FBA podcast would provide an intimate space for featured artists to have real and transparent conversations on the highs and lows of building a career in the arts, in real-time, as they're figuring it out. I strongly believe that there's so much value and nuance that can come from an intimate conversation between a Nigerian painter, South African mixed media artist, and Haitian photographer (like moi!) all with different disciplines, artistic interpretations, and most significantly cultural and ethnic influences.

We would be sharing personal stories, cultural happenings, creative resources and opportunities, and much more. Just really making it a safe haven for black imagination, curiosity, and becoming.
