Quotes

“ As a clinical psychologist, I can't unsee what I'm trained to see.”

“It's a no win situation because we're asking you to be “more like men”, but when you are, that scene is threatening.”

“I see a lot of women that I work with who absolutely get lost because they are literally forced to play all of these different roles, many of which are not true to their own persona.”

“We all have these different personas that are who we are.”

“ There are a lot of scared men, this is part of the problem, who are in leadership positions who have no clue  how to be. They have all the power in the world in that organization, and they don't know how to leverage it in a supportive way because they're insecure.”

“Look for the healthy psychology or psychological adjustment in the person. Not necessarily the gender.”
