About Ian Preston's work

Ian's work is wide and varied. At the Murrumbidgee Academy of STEM Excellence he provides STEM opportunities for students in his local learning communities. This includes Aeronautical Velocity Challenge, F1 in Schools, Science and Engineering Challenge,  STEM lending ending library enhance staff capacity and confidence to deliver STEM & much more

As the Deputy Principal at the NSW Virtual STEM Academy he provides STEM
enrichment for rural, regional and remote students, with particular emphasis on female and Indigenous students in collaboration with the QLD Virtual STEM Academy with Wendy Bode and John Jose.

He is part of the Australian Virtual STEM Academy which is a collaboration between QVSA, NSWVSA and NTVSA, with funding from Schools Plus and
