Our modern relational and family paradigm has created a very harmful epidemic of isolation around the western world and this doesn't have to be the case.  

In this episode I talk about why it is so very important for us to relieve our partner from the pressure of being everything for us. We are communal beings and so we need to branch out beyond our picket fences to create more of a community of support as individuals, couples and families.
