This honest and important podcast shines a light on the talented Lauren Esposito. Lauren is an Aussie actress and personal trainer based out of LA. With two feature films released in Australia this year including The Legend of the Five and Swimming for Gold. Prior to working on these projects, Lauren had a supporting role in Lifetime's 'BFF Psycho' and her regular role of Cynthia on the acclaimed Monte Carlo nominated Australian series, Love Child. However it was her breakout role in Warner Bro's feature film 'The Conjuring 2' that catapulted her to huge success and led her to landing here in the USA.

The journey here was challenging. Not what she had expeceted or presumed. She battled body image, health and just generally understanding that teh industry has ebbs and flows and sometimes things arent as easy as they appear to be. Through this journey Lauren discovered her love of fitness, and the importance of helping men and women with positive body image. As a result, the 23 year old entrepreneur is now a certified personal trainer and runs her own 1-1 personal training business as well as has co-founded another coaching business 'Fitlife Balance Coaching' with co-founder Dempsey Marks. Lauren will also be launching another online fitness membership site later this year called Feel Good Fit Club.

Lauren is a role model to young aspiring actors, as she shows us that being a successful artist can be about more than just your performances. In fact success, is built from a positive image of yourself and a love for life. Lauren's ability to embrace business and entrepreneurship sets her on the same trajectory as those she looks up to, and allows her freedom to be the artist she wants to be with no limitations or inhibition's.
