In case the date completely slipped your mind (blame it on perimenopause brain fog)...Or, like me, you never knew the day existed (and to be honest, do we really need the extra pressure of a NATIONAL sex day???....)

National Sex Day was observed on June 9th to commemorate the importance of sexual intimacy in relationships.

But for couples struggling with low libido, mismatched sex drives, or sexual anxiety, this day can bring a lot of undue stress.
