Body Dysmorphic Disorder is a serious mental illness that is usually accompanied by a lot of anxiety and depression. In my case, it was accompanies by a lot of Obsessive and Compulsive Disorder Behaviors. Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy as well as Prozac Fluoxetine definitely did help in letting me do the work to get far better than I was before.
