Today I will talk about that scary topic, feelings! I will explore why it is important to have a wider understanding and vocabulary of emotions. I will also go into how our needs and emotions are so very valuable to have a firm grasp of. If we can find the need we are trying to meet then the emotions are easier to understand. However, it is true as well that if we can get an understanding of the emotion we can find the need that it wants us to fill.
