First of all, it must be established that this nation and the world is in great need of healing, Although, the healing process is seen by some to be only an external approach to an internal issue. Millions of Americans feel captive by the “woes” of Washington and often helpless to do anything about it. That helplessness, and hopelessness leads to more fear and depression until we are reported by the Gallup people to be the most depressed people on the planet! This is not good. The question is “How did we get here?” And, even the bigger question is “How do we get out of here!?” The answer may not make the Evening News; however, it has made the Good News Report.In his writing to the Philippians, The Apostle Paul exhorted them to: “Rejoice in the Lord always: and again, I say, Rejoice.  5 Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand. 6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. 7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.  8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.” (Philippians 4:4-8)Today as we watch pickets and marches on and against something or the other, it is no wonder children are being reared in an environment of hatred chaos and fear.
