This is a re-release of an episode from August 2021. As of September 2023, I'm going back through old episodes and ensuring that they still feel totally responsible and beneficial, as well as a true representation of the things. I now want to put my name behind. Name behind. The podcast. Took a pause for a couple of years for me to go further with myself inquiry in order to clarify, and so it's exciting on the other side of that chapter to listen to these past episodes and see what feels worth sharing on this side.
