The podcast opens in a coffee shop where our host, Sean Ridenour, visits with EPIC high school students to get their advice on how to make the most of the new school year.

We also hear from parents and teachers who reveal how they overcame the first year jitters and the feeling of "WHAT DID I GET MYSELF INTO" and what they're doing to keep their children and students engaged and active throughout the year.

And, we visit with Randall, a senior who's so involved in extracurricular activities, you'll wonder how in the world he scored a 32 on the ACT last year! But, we assure you, with his easy going attitude, he'll probably out-do himself this year.
