In response to my last episode where I talked about my struggles, I wanted to come back with the upside as I've begun coming past it it again. We can't always block out the dark things going on out there, but we can focus on love and the light in ourselves and spread that amongst others we connect with. THAT'S how we change the world, one person at a time, coming from love. It's impossible to feel fear and love at the same time, so choose where to put your focus and what to share in response. Also be gentle and patient with others, including those who may not share our beliefs or our message. Nobody ever grows or learns from closed minded conflict. Choose to respond, not react and choose wisely. We're all trying to muddle our way along, including those we may disagree with ❤️
