1. We all have a story to tell!
2. We all have people cheering us on and we may not even know it
3. Listen to your mom
4. It is ok to be vulnerable 
5. Boundaries are so important 
6. The universe speaks so clearly
7. Building connections/tribe is so important
8. Let go of perfectionism 
9. Someone needs to hear your message
10. Sometimes we need to take our own advice!
