In this episode, I speak with Paul Weich, a business and election attorney, about the Arizona ballot initiative called Outlaw Dirty Money – shortly after this episode was recorded, the Arizona Supreme Court upheld a lower court decision that found the initiative didn't have enough valid signatures to qualify for the ballot.

We also discuss whether the Arizona Citizens Clean Elections Commission is the right entity to enforce the initiative.
