Family dynamics

In this episode we keep it raw and as authentic as possible. We talk about our different roles as women in our Tongan families and how this has played out in 2 recent family events - a wedding and a funeral. 

We have a special guest host, Tupou who is sitting in for Kinz and she shares with us her experiences and knowledge on a few of the roles she has had to play in her life - and how she has learned to adjust her role in different situations.

Alisi shares her experiences of being raised by grandparents & how it impacted on her family dynamics both as a child and now in adulthood.

Lila tells us how her experiences throughout her life have helped her to evolve and her views on certain cultural aspects have changed accordingly.
