Join Dr Peter Kaye and Sean Aita for a light-hearted, occasionally gory, and hopefully fascinating trawl through medical history. Peter’s wide career in medicine has taken him to Saint Lucia, Mysore, the US and New Zealand. He has been working in palliative care for over 30 years having started in his profession alongside the founder of the hospice movement, Dame Cicely Saunders, at St. Christopher’s Hospice. As well as being Medical Director at a number of different hospice’s, Peter has written successful books on symptom control and on breaking bad news and has delivered lectures and workshops on those subjects as well as on team working, family support, spiritual care and communication skills.
