Following the momentum from last episode the fellas are back for a short but heavily gem backed conversation.  The conversation starts light with their week in review and  talk about their thoughts on when a woman takes the lead and goes after the man first. After that the gloves are off as they discuss the value of controlling and focusing on the things that are actually in your control, focusing on the good in bad situations, and turn disadvantages into advantages.  They also discuss the value of work on self, asking yourself the tough questions like why am I here and what is truly driving my relationships. Finally they  touch on the facts  that everything isn't worth your energy and it is easy to love others the real hard part is loving yourself.
