Welcome back to the 310 podcast.  In this episode Kris Germain and Jeff Williams welcome back health coach extraordinaire Jen McMhaon.  She is a nutrition, health, and fitness coach who loves running, eating lot of broccoli, and having occasional dorito!!!   

The meat of the podcast centers around the problem with the way most gyms are doing Nutrition Challenges and how CrossFit 310 has turned their Nutrition Game upside down to address the problem of "White Knuckling" your way through things and Utlimately failing again and again.

We also delve into a lot of Big Jeffs eating habits, coerce him to run a 5k, and discuss baby steps (thank you Dr. Marvin).  All this while trying to fathom the purpose of yacht rock, why anyone would want to run a century race, and why science can't/doesnt/or shouldn't make chocolate flavored broccoli….
