We are 2 Asian therapists who are passionate about therapy and helping others heal. We would like to share our perspectives and processes that have improved our therapy practices and personal lives in order to help other mental health providers do the same.

Our main healing modality is TEAM-CBT, developed by Dr. David Burns, but we love integrating other healing modalities and tools that cater to each individual's unique needs, including ACT, IFS, and I-CBT for OCD. We look forward to sharing our hearts and passions with you, with something practical you can use to improve your therapy practice and life each episode.
