台灣面臨不同型態的安全威脅，包括：天然災害、人為破壞、軍事攻擊等等。為了讓全民都能在各種突發狀況時，有更好的準備、冷靜以對，我們舉辦一系列的講座、實作與模擬，讓成員都能獲得新時代的國家安全觀念，並培養危機時刻的應變能力。

Bettering Taiwan is our civic duty. We believe that national security can only be strengthened through public participation. 

Our outreach programs seek to build public resilience — the ability to weather hardship and adversity — that is so critical to a nation facing security challenges that range from natural disasters to outside aggression. We train citizens in community emergency response: how to self-help, treat those who are wounded, together and assist first responders, and be responsible for their immediate surroundings.
