Siobhan Roberts is a science journalist, biographer, and historian of mathematics.Roberts's work has appeared in The New York Times Science Times, The New York Times Magazine, MIT Technology Review, The New Yorker Elements blog, Quanta, The Walrus, The Globe and Mail, The Toronto Star, The National Post, The Guardian, The Mathematical Intelligencer, Maisonneuve, Canadian Geographic, and Smithsonian. Her first book, "King of Infinite Space: Donald Coxeter, the Man Who Saved Geometry," was published in 2006, and won the Mathematical Association of America's Euler Book Prize. Her second book, "Wind Wizard: Alan G. Davenport and the Art of Wind Engineering," was published in 2012, and won the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering's W. Gordon Plewes History Award. Her third book, "Genius At Play: The Curious Mind of John Horton Conway," was published in 2015.Roberts received her B.A. in History from Queen's University and her B.A. in Journalism from Ryerson University.
