Rachel Rebouché

Rachel Rebouché is a legal scholar in reproductive health law and family law. She is a Professor of law and the Dean of Temple University Beasley School of Law.Rebouché's work has appeared in Slate, The Atlantic, The Guardian, Rolling Stone, and Ms. Her first book, "Governance Feminism: An Introduction," was published in 2018. She was an editor of "Governance Feminism: Notes from the Field," published in 2019, and "Feminist Judgments: Family Law Opinions Rewritten," published in 2020.Rebouché received her B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from Trinity University, her LL.M. in International Law from Queen’s University Belfast, and her J.D. from Harvard Law School.
