Petri Hawkins-Byrd, better known as Byrd, is a TV court show bailiff, television personality, social media personality, actor, voice actor, writer, and former New York State Court Officer. He is best known as the sidekick Bailiff Byrd for the entire 25-season run of the courtroom television program "Judge Judy," which made him television's longest court show bailiff in history.Since October 2018, Byrd along with his wife, Makita Bond, have hosted their own series on Facebook and YouTube entitled "Bonding with Byrd."
