Kenji Yoshino is a legal scholar and Professor of Constitutional Law at New York University School of Law. His work focuses on constitutional law, anti-discrimination law, civil and human rights, as well as law and literature, and Japanese law and society.Previously, Yoshino was a Professor of Law at Yale Law School. He regularly appears on radio and television programs, such as NPR, CNN, PBS and MSNBC. In 2015, he became a regular contributor to the New York Times Magazine’s podcast and column "The Ethicists." His first boo, "Covering: The Hidden Assault on Our Civil Rights," was published in 2006.
