Her leadership roles include serving as amember of the ESRD Board of Directors of the HealthServices Advisory Group, Inc., as President, VicePresident, Secretary/Treasurer, and Secretary of thePacific Island Health Officers Association, President ofAAPC Guam-CNMI Chapter, and as a member of theHealth Access Policy Committee of ASTHO.She received a Master of Health Administration degreefrom Saint Joseph’s College of Maine and her Bachelor’sdegree from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana.
