Andrew Webb is an introvert that loves great history and behavioral science. So he married them in his new podcast, MicroBehaviors. Andrew has spent the last fifteen years exploring how to design the essential behaviors that get results in personal lives and within organizations. He is currently at Stanford’s Behavior Design Lab and co-created the BCAT (Behavior Change Achievement Test) with Dr. BJ Fogg.He's trained or spoken for Fortune 500 companies such as Delta, Marriott, Wyndham, and KPMG—ensuring each walk away with micro-behaviors they could use that day. He also co-founded the Inspired Learning Group. Andrew is finishing a MS at Stanford University in Learning Design and Technology. He has an MBA from Case Western, and BA in American History from BYU.
