Her first book, "It's a Jungle Out There: The Feminist Survival Guide to Politically Inhospitable Environments," was published in 2008. Her second book, "Get Opinionated," was published in 2010, and her third book, "Troll Nation: How The Right Became Trump-Worshipping Monsters Set On Rat-F*cking Liberals, America, and Truth Itself," was published in 2018.Marcotte received her B.A. in English Literature from St. Edward's University.
