I've created a free 'Stress and Anxiety' toolkit in my free facebook community. We look at moving from Overwhelm, into being upset and emotional, from there into supporting our bodies more and then taking action.
This meditation is all part of the steps to calming ourselves when we are really upset. First we listen to our emotions, then we dig deeper with journalling. This healing meditation then helps us to let them go, so that we can move on - thus freeing us up to create our new reality.
