How to Contact FCC Directly

1. On a computer, (not your phone!), go to: https://www.fcc.gov/ecfs/filings/express
2. Under “Proceeding” enter the numbers 17-108.
3. “Name(s) of Filer(s)” is your name.
4. In the comments say, “I support Title 2 oversight of ISPs and net neutrality.”
