Fortunately creator Lauren Shippen's careful planning and intricate weaving of plots leads you naturally towards a feeling of confidence about making an educated decision when the time comes.There is a responsibility on the cast and crew to deliver a show that hooks you long enough to reach the interactive stage. The writing is sharp, with flowing dialogue which exudes personality across the characters. The script is delivered with confidence and heart by an excellent cast. The show is well directed and edited, with effective pacing allowing moments to play out as required.Although Maxine Miles is targetted at a young adult audience there is no reason older listeners cannot engage with the series. It is a joy to listen to from beginning to end and season two cannot come soon enough.
