During the month of April we are doing a series on some of my favorite things.

My book, "The Joy Box Journal" is one of my favorite things.

I began journaling during  the birth of our second child who was born with multiple medical problems. 

Journaling allowed me a time to express my feelings, emotions, and thoughts.

Journaling during the good and bad times is an outlet for sharing your real feelings. 

This podcast shares the birth and journey of my book and how it came about and was published. 

I encourage you to go on an adventure and see where it takes you. I am on a whole new adventure  that I never imagined.
