About Our Guest

Dr. Riana Taktikos is a pelvic floor physical therapist helping men and women treat various pelvic floor conditions. Dr. Taktikos graduated from Cleveland State University in 2018 with a special interest in pelvic floor therapy. Dr. Taktikos was the first physical therapist to bring a pelvic floor therapy program to her area. As a mom of three with three different birthing experiences, including both cesarean sections and vaginal birth after cesarean sections, Dr. Taktikos has utilized many of her own techniques to treat herself and "restore" her own pelvic floor.
